Instructions

  1. 01
In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, grated garlic, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and black pepper. Add chicken wings and toss thoroughly to coat. Let marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  2. 02
Meanwhile, make the tahini sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk tahini and ice water until smooth and creamy. Stir in Greek yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt until fully combined.
  3. 03
Heat broiler to high with rack 6 inches from element. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack on top if you have one.
  4. 04
Arrange marinated wings in a single layer on the rack. Broil for 12-15 minutes, turning once halfway, until blistered and cooked through.
  5. 05
Spread tahini sauce in a generous swoosh on a serving platter. Arrange hot wings over sauce.
  6. 06
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and parsley. Serve immediately while wings are sizzling and sauce is cool.
