Herb's take
Guacamole de Molcajete is Mexican simplicity at its most craveable: hand-crushing ripe avocado with a heavy stone yields a texture no fork can match. This classic side lets you flex your arm and your flavor muscles, learning why minimal ingredients shine when handled the old-school way.
Equipment needed
- Molcajete or sturdy mortar and pestle
