    Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment, leaving an overhang for easy removal later.

    In a large bowl, combine the crushed nilla wafers and golden grahams cereal.

    In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil. Add the heavy cream and heat, stirring, until just steaming but not boiling.

    Remove from heat. Whisk in the powdered sugar and cinnamon until smooth and glossy.

    Pour the coconut oil mixture over the cereal and wafer blend. Fold until everything is evenly coated.
