Instructions

  1. 01
In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with half the powdered sugar (2 tablespoons) until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. 02
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, remaining powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and salt until completely smooth.
  3. 03
Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined. Reserve the other half of the whipped cream for topping.
  4. 04
Place a tablespoon of crushed Nilla wafers in the bottom of each of four clear glasses.
  5. 05
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the peanut butter-cream layer on top of the wafers in each glass.
  6. 06
Repeat wafer and peanut butter layers until you use up all the mixture, ending with the peanut butter layer.
  7. 07
Top each parfait with a generous dollop of reserved whipped cream and a final sprinkle of crushed Nilla wafers.
  8. 08
Chill parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
