Herb's take

Instructions
- 01In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with half the powdered sugar (2 tablespoons) until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- 02In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, remaining powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and salt until completely smooth.
- 03Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined. Reserve the other half of the whipped cream for topping.
- 04Place a tablespoon of crushed Nilla wafers in the bottom of each of four clear glasses.
- 05Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the peanut butter-cream layer on top of the wafers in each glass.
- 06Repeat wafer and peanut butter layers until you use up all the mixture, ending with the peanut butter layer.
- 07Top each parfait with a generous dollop of reserved whipped cream and a final sprinkle of crushed Nilla wafers.
- 08Chill parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
