    Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush each lightly with olive oil.

    Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.

    Add the ground beef and break it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

    Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
