Herb's take
Classic American coleslaw takes a hot seat in this side, going from fridge-cold crunch to savory, caramelized comfort. Roasted garlic, mayonnaise, and sour cream lace every strand, while fresh herbs bring springtime flavor to the party.

Instructions
- 01Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the garlic cloves on a small square of foil, drizzle with 1 teaspoon olive oil, wrap, and roast directly on the oven rack for 25 minutes until soft.
- 02Increase oven temperature to 425°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- 03Squeeze roasted garlic from skins into a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
- 04Add Duke's mayo, sour cream, parsley, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- 05Fold in bagged coleslaw mix until every bit is coated with the creamy dressing.
- 06Spread the slaw mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
- 07Roast uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, until edges are browned and the top is bubbling.
- 08Let rest for 5 minutes before serving, then garnish with a little extra fresh parsley and dill if desired.
