Tonight, we're mashing up Middle Eastern comfort with a mischievous Italian-American twist. This fatteh uses shards of leftover pizza for the crisp bread base, then loads up with creamy yogurt, chickpeas, and sizzling spiced butter, because even pizza deserves a second act.

Instructions
- 01Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange the pizza pieces, pepperoni side up, on a rimmed baking sheet and brush lightly with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- 02Bake the pizza shards for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until deeply golden and crisp. Let cool while you prep the toppings.
- 03Meanwhile, in a small skillet over medium heat, add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add the chickpeas and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook, stirring, until warmed through and slightly crisped, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- 04In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon zest, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, garlic, 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix until smooth. Taste and adjust lemon or salt if desired.
- 05For the spiced butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add cumin, coriander, Aleppo pepper, and black pepper. Swirl and heat for 1 to 2 minutes, just until fragrant and the butter foams, then immediately remove from heat.
- 06To assemble: Layer the crispy pizza shards onto a large serving platter.
- 07Spread or dollop the garlicky yogurt over the pizza shards. Scatter the chickpeas evenly on top.
- 08Drizzle the hot spiced butter all over and sprinkle with the remaining fresh dill.
- 09Serve immediately, letting everyone scoop up a riot of crisp, creamy, and spicy pizza fatteh.
