    Line a quarter-sized rimmed baking sheet or flat tray (about 9x13 inches) with parchment paper, smoothing out any creases.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet chocolate chips and olive oil. Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth and glossy, about 1 to 1.5 minutes.

    Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick. Don’t fuss over perfect edges, rustic is the aesthetic goal.

    Immediately scatter chopped strawberries evenly over the chocolate. Gently press them in with clean hands.
