    Spread the cubed dinner rolls on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8 minutes, until just golden.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, Dijon, hot sauce, black pepper, and salt until smooth.

    Fold in the cooled dinner roll cubes, leftover mac and cheese, and sliced scallions. Stir to combine, making sure all bread is moistened.
