    In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.

    Add the sliced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, just until fragrant and barely golden.

    Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3 minutes, tossing frequently, until bright green but still crisp.

    Toss in the halved grape tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften slightly.
