- 01In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
- 02Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 03Add the sliced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, just until fragrant and barely golden.
- 04Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3 minutes, tossing frequently, until bright green but still crisp.
- 05Toss in the halved grape tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften slightly.
- 06Pour the soy sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 more minutes, just until everything is glossy and heated through.
- 07Remove from the heat. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- 08Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
